“PRIVATE COURSE FIKI”

The observation is one of the requirement of the task of course management

CHAPTER I

INTRODUCTION

A.    BACKGROUND OF STUDY

In the era of continuity to improve education at the under graduate school and college is enough to take an institution that is requires an institution that can help in terms of raising the quality of knowledge of the social distance.

In this cases, we provide an explanation of the institution of the course as it is practice by Tri Murni Asih in setting up course  as “Bimbingan Belajar Fiki”.

B.     PROBLEM  IDENTIFICATION

1.      What is history of establishment in Fiki course?

2.      What is visi and mission of Fiki Course?

3.      How many program and level program of fiki Course?

4.      What kind of media and method that used by Fiki course?

5.      How many class size in Fiki course?

6.      What is material  in Fiki Course?

7.      How marketing system in Fiki course?

8.      How spot analysis of Fiki course?

CHAPTER II

DISCUSSION

A.    THE HISTORY OF ESTABLISHMENT

The owner of “Fiki private course“ at the beginning was one of staff at private course namely “the genius private course” because the place moving to another place. The private course was closed and many of children still wanted to learn. In 2010, Tri murni asih was build private course at her home. The located of “Fiki Private Course” on St. Suhada Bagelen IV Gedong Tataan (Apolo 300 m).

 

B.     VISION AND MISSION

1.      Vision

Create the course as an educational tool that provides education services increase the knowledge and to develop students’ abilities.

2.      Mission

a)      Improve the governance of the institute for education and training.

b)      The improve the students ability and knowledge.

c)      The help learners develop qualities.

d)     To achieve best achievements.

 

C.    PROGRAM

The program consists of three classes as follow:

1.      Math

2.      English

3.      Science

 

D.    LEVEL OF PROGRAM

Note : the days depend on schedule of students.

F.     CLASS SIZE

1.      1 class consists of 5 students.

2.      The students take all programs for each level.

3.      One day one program for each level.

 

G.    TOTAL TEACHER AND STUDENTS

There are three teachers in Fiki Private Course such as;

1.      Ernawati graduate from University of Lampung.

2.      Husna Sanjaya from UIN Lampung,

3.      Yuli Prastiwi from Technique Electro of University of Lampung.

There are 20 students in Fiki Private Course such as :

1.      15 students of Elementary School

2.      5 students of Junior High School

 

H.    PAYMENT

Registration : Rp. 30.000

Payment       :

1.      For the entire program in elementary school 50.0000/ per month.

2.      For the entire program in Junior High School 60.000/ per month.

K.    SPOT ANALYSIS

a.       Strength

Private tutoring becoming increasingly popular, which is hardly surprising as it is particularly effective in improving a student’s as academic grades, but also their practical understanding of wide range of subject. There are many reasons why receiving tuition can have such a positive impact on a student’s ability. There are eight benefit of private course to the students, such as

1.      The price the entire program is very cheap.

2.      The students can understand the entire program.

3.      The students more focus to learn.

4.      To help students solve the problem in learning process.

5.      The students can get reward if they can invite their friend to join in Fika Private Course.

 

b.      Weakness

1.      Lack of promotion.

2.      Minimum target students.

3.      Method and media not interesting.

4.      Lack of educator.

5.      The material stuck on the students textbooks.


CHAPTER III

CLOSING

A.    CONCLUSION

Tri murni asih was build private course at her home. The located of “Fiki Private Course” on St. Suhada Bagelen IV Gedong Tataan (Apolo 300 m). The program consists of three classes such as: English, science, and math. There are two level of program such as elementary school and Junior High School. Media that use by teacher is relevant textbook.

 

B.     SUGGESTION

This course must develop by teacher. The teacher need to promote this course in social media such facebook, Instagram,e-mail, and etc.  the teacher to develop the method and media in teaching and learning process.
